Unfortunately it was the NY FBI and it’s in Federal Court atm. The NY AG is trying to get some legislation changed to allow him to separately prosecute people who violate NY law even if they were charged federally and receive a pardon.

I think the NY thing will get through tbh, which is when the real shit show will go down. Trump is going to obstruct justice till the end because the GOP will let him. He pardoned Libby to send the message to his crew that they’re safe if it comes to that.
