Somebody will end up making a battery pack case like this with a built-in 3.5mm jack. However, I think the jack should be situated horizontally so you aren’t enlongating your phone so much.

The Charge 2 will be great, I’m sure. But once again Fitbit failed to give us one of the most requested features: WATERPROOFING! Seriously, go on their “feature request” page. It’s one of the top complaints/requests about the Charge and Surge.
