Dick Teague was the master of doing more with less.

Oh my stars and garters.

I’m with you on this one. My latest obsession is rare/unusual cars getting the restomod treatment, so this is right up my alley.

Shut your dirty whore mouth. The Gremlin is a classic, timeless design.

I’m voting NP on this, even though it goes against everything I know. I’m just going to blame it on COVID-19 isolation-induced madness.

It’s obvious I am in the minority here, but I like it. I voted NP assuming it is as good as the seller says it is. I have always liked the look of the hornet, and sticking it on top of a M seems like a good way to get the looks without actually having an AMC.

Plus, it’s got the 351C!

Hell yeah, Brent! My Uncle has 1965 Corvette convertible, which he acquired in the mid 90's without a motor (but with the stock side pipes). He went and pulled the first 350 small block out of a junkyard he could find, swapped in a taller rear end, and bada-bing, he has something that absolutely rips, sounds like

This is an awesome DD. I’m seeing all this whining about mixed years and aftermarket parts, but I don’t care. This is a sub-20K car, if you like one thing from year X and another thing from year Y, this is the perfect car to mix them together.

I love Day 2 type shit. I like to do that with my bikes. Improve performance and handling and make minor aesthetic tweaks. Best of both stock/modified worlds.

Oh. Oh my.

Mr. Tahoe I completely agree. As an owner of a non-matching 67 Camaro it is so nice not to have a historically accurate car. (I had a original 40k mile 72 Chevelle before)

This isn’t going to be a nightmare to work on or tank in value and never return like an Audi.

Actually read the article and this is even better than I originally thought. This isn’t my favorite from the mid-60's to early-70's (or even my favorite classic ‘Stang for that matter), but having a not-numbers-matching classic is incredibly freeing. You can use whatever mods you want to make this into an awesome

Chrome orange so it reflects into their windows.

Yeah. I’m getting pretty disgusted with this site...

It’s clearly UK signage. UK lane markings. UK “side of the road” driving. UK “Maize field” in the background.

I saw this exact video posted a week ago noted as “somewhere in Ohio”. As others have noted, this is in neither Ohio nor Texas.

The amount of effort she put into finding these “new heroes” is pretty typical of the amount put into most pieces on this family of websites these days. Gotta put up those new headlines. Gotta generate clicks. Can’t bother with any substance.

I didn’t know Austin, Texas was in Britain, nor did I know that Edd China was a Texan. His English accent is remarkable if that’s true!
