Weird how this episode really underscored for me how irrelevant Josh is. The last time he changed the water in Rebecca’s office, he was like the most important character after Rebecca. Now he registers somewhere below the office workers in terms of relevance. Maybe on par with Valencia’s girlfriend whose name I

Hearing callback after callback made me feel all warm and happy ... like glitter was exploding inside of me! Especially “Settle for Me” at the party (how did that song not win an Emmy?)

When the “Settle for Me” instrumental played while Nathaniel was looking at Mona... that’s when this show shows how perfect it is. The callbacks were perfection.

Please, please, please get renewed...

Gambi generally remains to me the weakest part of the show. And part of that is because we really know nothing about him or how his relationship to Jefferson came about: is he a family friend currently? Like does he come over for dinner and the girls call him Uncle Gambi? How does he come by his skills with

For those same thirty years, I thought his last name had a extra ‘A’ added to it.

I think that means the series takes place at least ten years ago, when Google actually worked.

Holy crap, how did I miss that? Well, it’s been like 30 years, but still.

It was really cool to see Anissa purposefully go for a colourful costume - makes a change from the ‘sleek, dark-hued’ (that I don’t mind) look all over the other Berlanti shows. Although, it made me wonder - did she drive there in costume? Go on foot but stick to the shadows? Apply it once she reached the storage

One thing this show does really well are the sibling antics. The whole hoodie thing reminded me of my childhood I was always taking my sister’s clothes. I think all the interpersonal relationships are done very well on this show it’s just they struggle with narrative and structuring a little. All in all it was a nice

Jennifer: Easier said than done, Yoda.

I like Anissa adventures in costuming, with her first losing her hoodie:

The show totally doesn’t know what to do with her. Like, did we really know that she had been running her studio for THREE YEARS, let alone that she hated it, until it came up in the last episode? Lately she just doesn’t seem like a fully realized character.

I mentioned this somewhere else. Rogelio is getting all of these storylines while Xo is just being pushed into the background.

Yes, definitely team Jetra! Always love them together although Petra amd JR have good chemistry too - Rosario Dawson is very charismatic in pretty much everything!

Just watched all 6 episodes. Thought it was pretty solid but didn’t love the ending.

I enjoyed it, but the fact that it’s only 30 minutes means it’s over before the plot can kick into high gear. Have they already said if they’re doing a second season?

The CW really needs to do more crossovers with their non-superhero shows. Liv and Peyton from iZombie investigating a case in Riverdale & trying to mentor Betty and Veronica would be awesome.

So The Ray’s coming-out storyline seems more or less beat-for-beat like Alex’s amazing coming-out storyline last season on Supergirl, with her gradually coming out to first herself, her crush, and then her family and friends, and all the attendant anxieties.

If the CW wanted to go ahead and spin off a new channel and just play nothing but comic book shows, so Vixen and Freedom Fighters could have their own real shows, I’d be fine with that. Or, at this point, spin off all the non-comic book shows into their own channel.
