I feel the exact same way about shrinking Iris—totally out of character. I mentioned in another comment how Iris handled Cisco trying to protect her from the zombie metahuman zombie in Season 1: “No, you get behind me!” I mean she’s the one who finished off Savitar, for crying out loud! Now she’s squeaking, “What are

Yeah I figured he was closer to Barry and Iris than say Mick.

Ever since Martin changed time to create a daughter I’ve wondered about Clarissa’s status.

lol, mean Atom. Typing way too many things at once.

Buuuut. I can understand the newer Team Arrow recruits not going to Barry’s wedding (although didn’t Barry help out Dinah or am I crazy?) But why didn’t Diggle go? He knows Barry pretty well. That one was weird.

Also I guess we get the rest of the Legends tonight but to have half of them what, go fight an aberration in

I do agree with the review’s comment about Team Arrow though. Their arrival made no sense, and you could barely make them out during the fight. Hell I’m not even sure it was Rick Gonzalez as Wild Dog

I just noticed i09 is doing it that way.

I will simply DIE if Earth X Katt pops up in the SS version of the super suit and does anything, or better the X version in the old suit saving the day... that would be so fantastic. I used to run around with a blanket on my back when the show came on to the theme music.

I was hoping there would be more Crisis On Earth-X and not as much Arrow, but there was still too much Arrow. You could feel the excitement of the first hour deflate as the camera angles and lighting grew more dull, and everybody lapsed into fake emotional drama. Bleh.

I actually chuckled at that one! I feel bad about it, but I did.

“Just a quick reminder! Superspeed! I don’t have it!”

Yeah, it doesn’t look like they’re structing this as different eps of different shows, just four parts of one movie, so maybe they didn’t feel the need to shoehorn in all the Arrow characters into the Arrow ep.

I’m wondering if we’ll see Harry pose as Thawne at some point before this is all over, and that’s why they’re using the Cavanaugh version.

Each time they bring back Thawne, with either actor, it just makes Eddie’s suicide/sacrifice back in Flash S1 that much less meaningful.

It was so touching to see Oliver reflect on his friendship with Tommy. I loved that relationship and it is so great that even after all of these years, Tommy’s death is still an open wound. Great scene!

I came to the comments to write what you already wrote. I feel like last nights review of Part 1 and then Part 2 spend too much time complaining about this not being enough of an episode of Arrow or confusing Supergirl fans. This whole package was made for those of us who watch all four shows. It’s the TV version of

The grades should be updated once the crossover ends. This was a 4 hour film not four eps of each of the shows. Even the title card and credits fonts are different.

As always, I appreciate the well written reviews on AV Club. I am a little surprised by the grades, which are lower than I expected. There are flaws inherent in any of these cross-over event mash-ups, and I get that. But for a comic book crossover, I am asking one thing: Am I having fun right now? If the answer is

Caity Lotz as Sara Lance is my favorite character in the ArrowVerse. Her awesomeness starts with how great she is in the fight scenes, but certainly goes far beyond that.

The professor was white and would regularly tell me that I was wrong about Black culture.
