I don't love much Bad Boy / Junior Mafia stuff outside of Biggie, but I do love this song.

Also, Blackstreet are singing the pre-chorus to George Michael's "Faith" in that song as well. Layers upon layers in the song "Take me There"
It was actually Ma$e and even more obscure also-ran Blinky-Blink rapping on that track.
Huh? I missed the overzealous part. However, I've only ever heard it used interchangeably with "fan." Also, to denote an obsessive, I'd say "Big fan like the Patton Oswalt movie no one saw." Just rolls off the tongue easier.
Fair point on synonyms, but it's so close in pronunciation, just say "fan!" It's one letter shorter!
Agree. And I don't think I ever said anything to the contrary? I don't enjoy guns but I would never presume to say they're not enjoyable as I know many people who like shooting guns. I also know people who enjoy other things I don't like such as sports and rollerblading and having your balls stepped on with spiked…
It is interesting that there's not really sub-genres of rap the way punk, emo, hardcore, metal, butt-rock, etc. are accepted sub-genres of rock and roll? And even those sub-genres have sub-genres! Then again, though I like Lil Yachty, I wouldn't want to admit I was a fan of "neon warble-core" or whatever they'd call…
Oh, totally. The hero always has a gun and a bike that he rides without a helmet, and cool sunglasses, and fucks like champ, and doesn't take guff from anyone that disagrees with his world view and other outdated signifiers of toxic masculinity exemplified in movies I love like Commando, Cobra, Crank 2, etc. When, in…
Because the word "fan" already exists. It's all encompassing. What does "stan" add to the definition of "fan?" It's not like the word fan was problematic in any way such that it required an update?
Buddy, have you ever cleaned an AR-15? That's an hour of your life you're not getting back. Interior parts need oil, you know? Not being pedantic, that's "maintenance" in my book.
Lol, wut? I base my negativity solely on the car model that most often tries to run me over or cut me off in traffic.
I'm no gearhead either. I don't even own my own bike yet. The appeal of older model cruisers is that they're easier to maintain than your more modern bikes with vastly more complicated electrical systems. But I'm saving up for a newer bike so I can avoid a lot of the pain in the ass maintenance outright.
No offense taken. Hell, if I had my druthers, every pickup truck would be fired right into the heart of the sun. Well, pickup truck driver.
Depends on the gun, wouldn't you say? Your 1800's revolver is going to have significantly less moving parts then a modern day AR-15, heck, even a glock. And be much easier to maintain, The rules change too depending on the gun and where you are operating it.
Yep, you got me, JamesHay noted gun expert. Please, enlighten me. Because, reading through your other comments, your glib, three word insults have totally changed a lot of minds.
Jesus, man. I can't imagine having to go through something like that?! My heart goes out to you. I get weirded out just having to go through active shooter safety training at the university where I work. I get it that guns in media look awesome, but there's nothing awesome about the horrific consequences of gun…
Having grown up around guns and taken several gun safety classes in my youth, I gotta say, there's absolutely nothing sexy about them. They're loud, dirty, a bastard to maintain, you have to run through a zillion rules to safely and legally operate one and if you incorrectly use one, you die. Then again, I like…
He's great. Lil Yachty called his album Lil' Boat for fuck's sake. He gets it. No one has ever liked Joe Budden. How he's been able to maintain a career is anyone's guess? Also, Ma$e and Maya rapped over the Rugrats theme song many years ago as well and it was fantastic then too. I'm ashamed to be an old person these…
I still think, compared to season 1 episodes like when Dev runs through a whole relationship in 45 minutes, nothing this season even came close to touching that except for maybe the Thanksgiving episode. If the seasons were reversed, I'd be saying the show finally found its footing. As it stands, it feels like it…
Good. An idiotic way to say you're a fan of something. Great. Thanks.
