In past Indian government did release Subsidized tablets, however this is a new company and they have confirmed that there is no government subsidy involved. I am an Indian and this phone doesn’t seem to be subsidized by the government. So, I am also quite curious to know how did they manage to keep the price so low. I usually sleep at 4 AM, but will be awake till 6 Am tomorrow to prebook 2 phones for myself. :D
