I think the big point here that should be focused on is not that more highways = more traffic, but to look at the reasons why there’s more traffic and tackle them directly. One thing is that they can’t show that adding highways caused the traffic, or that traffic wouldn’t have gotten even worse without adding them.

Nothing too crazy but 240Z have a box shaped structure in the dogleg area. They often rust from the inside due to no drainage. Spots like that and little areas all over.

Then maybe instead of attacking transpeople if their true issue is with biological hormones maybe they should be calling for all sports to change how they classify from “male/female” to various classes based on hormones.

I don’t think comparing a short basketball player to a tall one is the same as comparing sprinters.

I 100% believe these girls who were born as boys identify as female and are trans.

Because the State of New York decided to issue their documents as they see fit.

“Hi, I owe 27k on my car, and that’s too expensive! I’d like to buy a car for $28k to lower my payment.”

You do know that Jalopnik has a brand, right?  That brand is formed partly by the writers and editors and partly by the consumers (us the readers). The brand is what makes Jalopnik different from Car and Driver which is different from Road and Track which is different from... Well, hopefully that's enough that you can

You fail miserably as a personal fiance writer too.

Boomers deserve every bit of ridicule that can be thrown at them.

Jesus fucking christ no. I’ll take the bro-dozer doing 110mph in the left lane over the nanny state hell you just described.

sounds like a marvelous Police State to live in

“Hey it’s even shittier over in a different place, so how about we don’t try to make things better here”

You’re seriously arguing there’s nothing unfair about not re-attaching the tires to a car before giving it back to the customer? That is really your position here?

Still seems like a no-win scenario. The number of people with fond memories who aren’t going to care that it’s on some bastardized CUV are too few to make the trouble worth it, in my opinion. People who have no clue what the name means will be equally as impressed with a name like “Equinox” or “XT4". So again, what is

Why bring the name back at all? If people are only going to think of the terrible late generation, then the name has no value. If people are only going to think of the K5's, then you’ve disappointed them greatly. It’s a lose-lose in this situation.

So where the Blazer is being produced is highly controversial? I thought the fact they took the name off a once good SUV and slapped it onto a crossover was the highly controversial part.
