As a Colorado native, I was opposed to the paving of all of Pikes Peak road.... its impact on the hill climb was one part/portion of the reason. People who have never been on the mountain don’t understand, photos do not do it justice.

I’m fully aware that the Impala is dying a slow death, but it’s a very good big, safe, comfortable, powerful (yes, 305 hp is plenty) sedan. Perfect daily driver for a large adult who lives in a metropolis and has to drive to work in traffic.

Many cameras operate illegally. Improperly marked is one thing, but a large number have shortened yellows such that a car can not stop in time even if its obeying all the traffic laws.
