Early on, the world this is all taking place in feels like some sort of Wonderland. Prince runs across a random cat and decides he's just gotta feed this thing. After pulling a bunch of fish out of the sea (Prince's favorite pastime, btw) this cat won't eat it. Through powers of deduction I wish I could apply to my

I'm maybe 5 hours in and I haven't quite figured out how to tell when I should phase/dodge yet as packs of monsters don't easily show their attack. I find I dodge primarily on rythym and it works, but it feels wrong.

Triple jump with the power-pad was also easy to "hack" by using your hands. The game intended for you to shuffle for the run up, then jump 3 times. How high up you could jump determined your distance.

I keep plugging away slowly at Morrowind before I give into FF XV. I decided to just get a mod that does away with losing fatigue as it was the main barrier to enjoyment. I only ever ran out when running, which is a necessity in this game, and during very very long fights (in which I whiffed with my weapon 30-40

You run the AV Club Xbox group right? Someday all 3 of us may be online at once!

woah. I know what airline I'm picking for my next international trip.

I'm a damn speed demon when it comes to traversal in my games. I've done the aforementioned dashing and rolling. I always played the shorties in World of Warcraft, only for the lower camera angle and stubby legs giving the perception of speed. (Did you know that female orcs seem to move faster than the males, just be

I've never actually played this zelda. i need to rectify that.

The whistle wasn't random, if I recall correctly. It took you forward or backward between the dungeons based on if you faced up/left or down/right (or something like that). I do know there was definitely a pattern.

I have no shame about what kind of food I will eat, but to answer the headline's question, "food that fell on the floor". Unless it's not fully a solid, I'll eat just about anything if it fell on the floor, if no one is looking.

That following is something I've never quite understood and is why I keep trying it out. I will say, at the time of its release, I found some of the standard Bethesda design elements new and exciting. Dumping all my stuff in a house that I claimed via murder was pretty cool. I do think that there's a deep sandbox

An all medium team was my unstoppable go-to. Sure they bounced off of the big guys, but after learning how to steal by proximity, it didn't matter.

Good to know. Now maybe I'll actually use the scopes on the LMG's (I couldn't hit anything with a higher magnification)

Does the TESO trial include the DLC? I bought the base game to try it out but held off on DLC until I knew if I liked it or not. I guess I know what I'm playing this weekend.

I forgot to visit my animal crossing town on my birthday a few days back. I'm sure they're wondering why I didn't come visit their sorry asses. I'll post something on the bulletin board stating how much I dislike them this weekend.

Did they make LMG's have a higher dmg output? I primarily play support and one of my biggest gripes is that it feels like I need to put half a clip into someone.

Danse really carries you through that mission, which IMO throws a lot of synths at you at once for being so early in the game. I don't think there's any other time in which I felt the companions did all the work like this.

All my time playing TESO got me to try Morrowind for a third time.

I've never had miller high life, but I used to get a lot of MGD. Is there any real difference between the two?

I need an internet troll to tell me to "delleet ur accout" first right? Isn't that how it works?
