Glad there's something then, because there is no Dothraki for Khaleesi in cat, word. Or however it goes.

A naked cat has few secrets. A flayed cat none. A slayed cat surprisingly enough swings back in the other direction and has a few.

Never to be seen again on the show? There must be fan-fiction out there about Ser Pounce and Nymeria having a forbidden romance. Paging that Ben Wyatt commenter…

@avclub-6f611188ad4a81ffc2edab83b0705d76:disqus should just edit his comment into a string of expletives so the flow makes sense again.

David Koechner? I've been thoroughly confused lately because I just caught up on The Americans and re-watched the 1996 Fargo as preparation for starting the TV show—and not to mention the Florida marshal from the last season of Justified—but here is confirmation that he and John Carroll Lynch are, in fact, different

Nice to see Joel Schumacher get some more work with the franchise at the end there.

2 Doctor 2 Who.

Calm before the storm. Something major probably happened, like Brett Ratner signed on to direct the Entourage movie which now has an intransigent Bieber in it.

So that's why those guys left for The Dissolve. I'm expecting a 'Porn' tab at the top any day now. With A.A. Dowd reviews where the grades are, I don't know, cup sizes, I guess. Oh who am I kidding, it'd probably still be all middling: "Trite and poorly characterized. Serious third-act problems not resolved by the big

Bang on. I took issue with the not-entertaining characterization as well. It may not have been as thrilling as Blackwater and the Red or Purple Weddings, but pretty much every episode is entertaining in some way—even when they're more focused on characterization or seeding new plots.

Stand by for the For Our Consideration

Is…is it jazz hands?

I actually queued it up and followed along with your backing lyrics for a minute or two—to see if you had the right number—before everything became fuzzy and I think I saw God.

I don't know, I think it has some merit. I was Time's Person of the Year once, so I think I have some good ideas.

I agree with much of what you wrote. Especially about passive places; the show falls back on imprisoning/hostage storylines quite a bit, which often stretch for entire seasons. I'm hoping Hodor's gang at Craster's doesn't turn into another Jaime situation.

Aquaman: So what does it say? 'Orin has an attachment disorder'? 'Fear of abandonment'? Is that why I broke up with Mera?

That statement—taken to its logical conclusion—basically says that she dumped her fans. Umm, thanks?

If NuDisqus points people here, how come I can't use my AV Club account to log in at, say, The Dissolve? I thought I was promoted to Disqus. Tech support me. You look like you have it all put together.

It's the source of his power.

True. Nobody makes fun of FX, though. It's the cool kid you don't judge for having a douchey Australian dad because he lets you play with his toys.
