I have two episodes left that I am watching tonight. The despair at this injustice, along with being hit with the reality of how often it has happened over the course of history - you’re right, this is a necessary series to watch and it’s incredibly fucking hard to watch. 

Has anyone worked somewhere where they effectively dealt with this? I was at a nonprofit where they bent over backwards to accommodate a new mom and were incredibly flexible with her schedule before/during/after. The rest of us were expected to pick up her work and did, and after her kids were born she cut back to…
