It depends on how you make a green smoothie if they are healthy or not. I use 45 cal. per cup coconut milk, organic vegetable protein powder, organic cacao powder, 1 T. ground turmeric powder, 1/2 T. coconut oil, 3 c. packed organic powergreens, 1/2 c. filtered spring water, 1 T. organic ground superseed blend, 2 sm.
