I’m already into journalism, I like it a lot and I’m probably decent for my age (23). But I’m obviously making nearly nothing, with a full-time reporter job. Is there a set age that changed for you all?

I just got my first job offer as a journalist, a staff reporter job in a small market newspaper. The pay is really bad, but should I take it just to get a job and clips for when I want to move on to something better?
