You are very lucky to have worked in places with zero tolerance. Very not often the case, as we’ve seen. This is actually a bit above standard from what I know from being in the workforce since the late 80s.

I do think we need to consider that men, of any color shape size accomplishment, are much more sensitive to workplace harassment/bullying of any kind than women are because they receive it so much less.
