This is 100% the bigger issue with AJLT... Yeah agreed - this stuff has been around on home-consoles since at least the ps2. I think it peaked on the first iteration of Xbox one games (with the kinect camera) - but then the in-game models greatly out-paced what could be pulled from a regular face-scan.
