$45 Million, no? Don’t these things lose half of their value when they roll off of the lot? :)

Good list. Completely agree.
This is 100% the bigger issue with AJLT... It’s cannon that these folks have been living these lives for the past 20+ years since the end of SITC, but the dialogue & situations from everyone involved makes it seem like there was a blip that time-leaped from the end of one show & the start of the other.
“the police arrested the truck’s driver after officers claimed to have found drugs in the cab”
Wait, this truck was carrying bricks of what?
I feel like there should be universally more push-back from the technologists & journalists in this space...
The inability for chat GPT to write a black mirror episode is akin to the frustration one might feel trying to bang a nail-head with the thick-end of a screwdriver. Chat GPT is a chatbot. It’s designed to be…
What is the distinction between amateur rocketry and professional? Up until now, I guess, I considered everyone who is not a major government entity - to be amateur (Space X included)
I have a strange appreciation for a tech company that [seemingly] doesn’t aspire to overreach & do too many non-tech things. A few companies can stand to learn from this...
About a decade ago (was working for UBS at the time) they tried to get a NYC “area” one in Jersey city, Weehawken and West New York (which is on the Jersey side of the Hudson river). I don’t know if that particular race ever ran - but I do vaguely remember they finally managed to pull off a thing with those E-cars. …

“ The same would be true for Winston Duke who could also pull off his dorky and nerdy persona, evidenced by his performance in You.”
I think that is “Us” not “You”
This was significantly better than the article. They should put you on commission. Good stuff & take your star.
Only commenting because I wanted to pile-on the New York times for another in a spate of recently panned lists... but I realize now that this is not that.
Gonna go ahead & guess the pic was to illustrate the Airport instead of the Airline? (which is bizarre)
As much as they leaned into Tess & Joel having done “very bad things” while being tight-lipped about what those bad things were - I expect (or at least I hope) there will be more flashback scenes involving Tess where we get more context around their relationship. I’m hoping in those scenes her true badass nature &…
*spoiler (I guess)*
Tess was the bad cop in the game, not Joel.
Does being that high up in the sky feel like living in a spa?
Yes. Not inherrently, but because we’ve turned the apartment into an oasis, complete with scents & mood lighting.
Because I know that every time I’m in an incredibly tall building, something in my bones (or probably inner ear) senses it. Does that go away?

“I can’t imagine it’s easy to watch an ex you spent a decade with move on with someone a decade younger than you and call you a buddy.”
Generally, it’s not hard to imagine if they had an amicable breakup, set good boundaries, and are genuinely friends...

“Doja Cat private messages minor in sexual solicitation attempt; publicly bashes teen afterward”
Fixed the headline.
Yeah agreed - this stuff has been around on home-consoles since at least the ps2. I think it peaked on the first iteration of Xbox one games (with the kinect camera) - but then the in-game models greatly out-paced what could be pulled from a regular face-scan.
