I am in the minority of people who are kind of OK with the NFL catch rule. I think the “two feet and possession” overly simplifies it and is going to piss more people off when there are more fumbles and change of possessions as a result.

I’ve been going to it since I was a kid. It’s one of the few football games that’s more enjoyable in person than on TV.

I too, almost drowned in Delaware because of rough surf.

He is better than Flacco.

IDK, protecting one of their younger play by play guys from dumb jokes and memes seems fine to me.

Baseball fandom is local at the casual level. If you ask a casual Nats fan to name the starting rotation for the Padres, Angels and Reds, they’re not going to be able to give as much where if you ask a Sixers fan to name the starting 5 on the Wizards, Bucks, and Suns.

I disagree about the finals being boring. Game 1 had the Warriors death blow right after halftime. But game 2 was close until an avalanche late in the 3rd, and every time Cleveland mounted a run, Durant would hit some contested shot to counter. Same with last night. And it was very high level basketball being

Well, the 80's was a two league team where Boston and LA dominated.

Close doesn’t mean something is good.

NBA has been a 2-3 team league since the early 80's. As long as the stars are there, people will watch.

I think this series was a lot closer/more fun than the 4-1 series score indicated. Cavs need to figure out their bench situation. For as great as Durant was, and he was rightly the MVP, LeBron was a singular force in all aspects of the game. But the thing that differentiated these teams were their benches.

Even if they can get more out of those guys on offense, how the hell are they going to get stops? GS shot kinda poorly and still blew them out. GS has 3 or 4 guys who they can run out at LeBron, where the Cavs have only LeBron who can kind of slow Durant down, and that doesn’t address the other mismatches they have

I genuinely don’t know how the Cavs can defend the Warriors to win 4 games. LeBron was good, Kyrie was good, but the rest of the team is so over matched. Sometimes one team is just better than another.

I enjoy Pardon My Take and Zero Blog Thirty and try my hardest to ignore any other content from that cesspool.

Ok, so scum bag Warriors fans or willfully ignorant.

I’ve had him in this conversation for awhile, but I am also a shameless Lebron stan. From a neutral perspective, I really think he’s the only person who can compare to Mike. Better than him? Maybe. Maybe not. But the biggest problem for some people is, and always will be, that his isn’t Michael Jordan.

He still coaches at Michigan, doesn’t he?

They’re FM so egg on your face.

I just went to Disney for the first time in my life. While the parks/rides/food experience is great, the stress of being on a very strict schedule is awful. Couldn’t do one of the few things I really wanted to do, (Indiana Jones show) because we had to be on the Aerosmith coaster and then missed a later one because

Two EXTREMELY underrated non-Ball moments
