I love these... However they never seem to take into account the availability of qualified people. I’d love to see more women in tech and I get lectured about it by my HR rep every time I post a job... However in the last 5+ years I’ve only had one woman apply, she wasn’t qualified. I’d have loved to have hired her

Where are the workers categorized by age? Absolutely none of the tech companies ever want to discuss age discrimination.
