Ugh. This is a spectacularly shitty take.

It’s a shame about the damage to the box truck.
The ad is full of shit. This car was sold on BaT in October for $11,486.
A manufacturer provided adapter from one of the most valuable companies in the world that doesn’t fit the product isn’t a minor oversight, that is pure incompetence.
The casuals here will hate it but please just inject this directly into my veins.
No.
Well, this is part of Gran Turismo’s Vision branding that’s been around since 2013. The only car company that I can think of that uses Vision outside the game is Mercedes, and they’ve been doing it at least as far back as 1999 with the Vision SLR. It’s not new nor will it end anytime soon.
So, lets say 8 years from now, this becomes the best selling pickup truck because I mean, people said the same thing about the Model 3, oh I can see the panel gaps from space, it’s no luxury sedan, it wont sell half what Acura sells. Then it became the beat BMW and became the best selling luxury sedan.
I saw the Montana plates, and my initial reaction was to wonder who who go through all that trouble for an SVX. Then I saw that it was listed on Montana Craigslist, and was reminded that Montana is an actual place with actual people who live there. It doesn’t exist solely as a tax-dodge for wealthy car owners.
Did you watch the video? He says like.. in the first few minutes that if it wasn’t for the easter eggs being copied he absolutely wouldn’t be going after them because he would prefer for there to be competition in the space.
... He addressed all your questions in the video. Without the easter eggs, he would probavly not have, as it would be harder to prove.
Yeah, you’re right. Rage-bait’s not the right phrase. Do we have a word for articles that are about driving ‘engagement’ rather than ideas? There’s nothing wrong with that I guess, but it seems to be all I find on the internet these days. Maybe I’m just getting old or maybe I just noticed the Gell-Mann effect.
Hi. Professional audio engineer here. That looks like a dynamic mic, as it’s top address rather than side address. They don’t need a pop shield.
Look, I’m not a Tesla Stan but:
Hey! This is from me probably a year ago lol. I ended up getting a 2011 Volvo C30 Rdesign, a long with my Supra! Here’s some pics.
My immediate thought was Lexus LS, and we’re done here. But then I had a better idea: Lexus ES350. That way he can park his Camry pretending to be a Lexus right next to his BMW that is pretending to be a Toyota. Sooooo much cognitive dissonance.
I like this car. I think it is weird and niche and has a kind of retro cool, and I would be prepared to pay more than it is really worth for it. However that would be me paying about seven thousand dollars for it, not seventeen thousand. ND for being ten grand too much, even for me.
