1996 SMZ #105/104 here. If you find another SMZ that is in good condition for a decent price, buy it now. Probably looking in the high $30s/low $40s for one with a few miles under it from a motivated private seller, but they’ve been commanding more and more in decent auctions.

Again, any such feature would obviously be optional. The idea of being able to literally sit behind the wheel of a car - as it drives itself faster than you probably ever could - sounds like one of the best teachers you could possibly have. And much cheaper than paying for a professional to sit next to you.

And yes. If I spent the money on a brand new high performance vehicle and then paid to take said vehicle to a famous track, I would gladly enjoy the feature of being able to drive on my own as well as sit behind the wheel for a professional lap. It clearly states that any such features would be optional.
