Yep, 2007 or so was when the peeling started. Just sorta accelerated from there. Mine had some nice dents and scrapes from high school, university and living in DC, but mechanically it was a beast. Apart from my radiator blowing up a couple years ago due to a faulty thermostat, never really had any issues in 8 years

1996, 5-speed for me. Sold it a year ago, will always miss it. Had mine in dark green - the paint was peeling off the roof, hood and trunk but I have yet to see another one with the same color and no peeling.

Transplant from the South, living in DC. I drive ~150-200 miles between NoVA, DC and MD every day with a 6MT. It's miserable.

The V6 MT Coupe is still my top choice for next car. Currently driving a 2009 model, the new styling is quite fantastic though.
