I probably watched tennis before you were whelped.

Compared with the number and brazenness of his violations, no, it doesn’t count.

Wow, a bunch of men, both in and out of the grays, are really bent out of shape when I intimated—accurately—that white male tennis players are often treated differently (and less stringently) than women, whether white or not.

Hm, you think they piss tested him constantly and told him what he had to wear too?

What’s your point? She’s been fucking good for tennis, that much is pretty fuckin’ clear. It’s not like they’re getting nothing from her participation in the sport, she brings attention to the whole thing.

They definitely seem set on driving out someone who has elevated tennis with petty bullshit. Fine, she lost the game (I heard Osaka played great). Stop fucking with her with drug tests and let her wear whatever the fuck she wants. Everybody involved would be better off.

“Shut up” is two words. Mansplain better.

Also: “...if the woman who was (thoroughly stomping Serena into the ground) is white.” What? This makes no sense. Have you ever heard of proofreading?

“The racket penalty is beyond stupid”

How about you haul your entitled posterior to somewhere where people actually believe you are God’s Gift to Humanity instead of annoying people with your inflated ego here?

Like go fuck yourself. Seriously, you can head back over to Deadspin and miss me with this BS

HEY THERE LITTLE LADY JUST A MAN HERE TO HELP YOU OUT. MY WHITE DICK HAS A PHD IN EVERYTHING YOU’RE WELCOME

Oh so you’ve seen Ramos take a game away from someone at a tennis finals match or any match for that matter for using the word thief? I bet you’ve also seen a 17 year old white teen with a bag of skittles get chased and gunned down by a lunatic Black wanna be cop then get set free to harass and threaten others. Stop

Probably because you don’t understand the rules of sexism. If you actually were a woman and didn’t fire off the handle about things you know so little about.

My one response to what you said (because i agreed wth your other points) is that as a coach for wrestling and other sports over the years the one thing I absolutely demand out of my athletes is keep relative control of their emotions during competition.

I do not at all doubt that it does happen, but there are numerous former players and others in the tennis community who have pointed out how *rarely* that occurs. Especially in a tournament final.

Apparently neither does Richard Deitsch whose job is to cover tennis. Since he thinks it was bullshit too. But keep being wrong.

There’s an asshole on your six.

You’re welcome to go back to Deadspin if you like.

I think we can all agree that Ramos was performing his job and had every right to call each of those violations. But if you can’t see that these penalties are being called in a disparate manner maybe you don’t watch as much tennis as you claim. I am amazed that Serena would even go to the US Open at this point. She is
