As long as it isn’t your family vehicle that works fine.  Just like a 2 seater or a 2 + 2.

My aforementioned Mazda2; my 6' frame driving, my father in the passenger seat, and my 6' uncle in the seat behind me... we actually manage to handle a 15 minutes trip to a classic motorcycle show pretty decently like that. Admittedly, I did have my seat pushed up a bit further than normal, but I wasn’t uncomfortable.

This is a stereotype about small cars that needs to die. Seriously. My late father was an extremely large man, and over the years discovered that smaller cars offered him more room than large cars. He drove a Mk3.5 VW Cabrio and replaced that with a BMW 128i convertible. Larger convertibles had more intrusive interiors

My parents used to take out the 2nd row of our Voyager and put some blankets down, so we had a place to nap and play during long car rides.  And I lived

-child who rode in the back of pickup trucks

The safest thing is for a child to stay in a car seat for as long as is safe for them to do so.  A booster is just to adjust a child to the safe height and position of a standard car seat belt.  The idea that it provides better protection is laughable.  Its sole purpose is to keep the child in place during an impact

On the other hand, some fans were adamant that changes would need to be made t̶o̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶t̶r̶a̶c̶k̶ ̶l̶a̶y̶o̶u̶t̶ to make the racing, y’know, exciting.

I don’t think an electric car need to be designed for environmentalist, process and materials sure, but for aesthetics I love that we can make an EV with any shape and form it’s true freedom

Nonsense, it lines right up with that red car

Don’t tell anyone, but I love stanced cars. I drove a slammed BMW e34 for years. I carried some wooden boards in the trunk to get me out of trouble. Like I couldn’t even get in my own driveway. But I’m more of a coilover guy. My worry about driving a car with airbags is an bag developing a leak and stranding you

Aside from assuming facts not in evidence— the author may not even be in school debt, or even if she is, her chosen career may be perfectly capable to rendering those debt (and retirement investment) concerns moot— the fact is, life is a terminal condition, and it is absolutely not worth living unless you take the

Can’t speak for anyone else, but of the three cars and one motorcycle I’ve lost (and the three cars and trucks my friends lost) to uninsured drivers so far -

*all* the at-fault, uninsured people who totaled our stuff were remarkably reckless and stupid. One was so drunk he couldn’t stand up, another was doing 80 mph+

I’m not affected by this recall, but thanks Jalopnik for publicizing this stuff. Like most folks I’m not exactly in the habit of regularly checking my VINs for active recalls, so this kind of article is helpful to me. Maybe I should be more proactive, but there are probably a thousand other things I should also be

I like the cut of your jib, young man...

I mean the LS will still bolt in, so it’ll be just fine.

My only issue aside from the terrible color is the engine and trans. I get it that some might consider it a sport truck now, but it is a long bed, so it will nevver really be that sporty, so why revert to a carb and only 3 forward gears. the 305 FI would likely still work with the the 350, and I know from experience

Amen. And Lewis has shown so much character this year. Comments that suggest selfish intentions are off the mark. He’s always been an honorable driver (unlike Rosberg) and has now secured his spot as one of the most skilled drivers in history.

The guy is worth OVER $300,000,000. That’s in addition to his many other money making ventures outside of an F1 cockpit. Do you really think his motivation is to score a bigger paycheck? The guy is in the catbird seat with options up the wazoo; he’s set for life and has NOTHING to prove. He can literally do whatever

The current 1500 absolutely drives like a luxury car.
