I used those in a mastering suite that I used to work in. They are nice, but not sure if they are quite worth the price. But I make the bestest beatz wit thoze lambo jointz.
Needs more stars.
I owned an M30, I liked it quite a bit. I regret not taking advantage of is as a platform, but I was broke as shit when I owned it. I have not driven a cuda or viper, but it would be a toss up between the M30 and either of those in any condition if market value was not a consideration.
Of all the Jalop power commenters, I would be willing to bet that you could make it work. Go for it.
If your lady wants to fuck to this you’d better run for the hills, homie:
The garage that I spent the most time in growing up in played either “lite,” music or classic rock. That shop spawned a very successful Sprint Cup crew chief. So maybe there was something to the formula.
Jason, I agree with the notion that art should make us uncomfortable at times. Hopefully that discomfort can stimulate discourse. It’s a little disheartening to read some of the comments here, because a lot of auto enthusiasts enjoy the discomfort of a bit of a scare and the associated adrenaline rush: so why not…
“Slap a 3UR-FE in it,” doesn’t really roll off the tongue quite as well.
The owner does not read auto publications at all, but that’s basically what he does. He has owned several, but never owns one out of warranty. Much like Doug, the warranty has saved him many times.
Mine is a little different. I had reluctant respect, but mostly contempt, for Range Rover. Then I got to drive one for a long weekend. I fell in love. Shit happens.
I’ve been driving a long term rental that happens to be a Caravan. I like the space as do my kids. I am enjoying it more than I thought, but I have three big complaints. It feels primitive in terms of features: it would have been ok in 2001, but not now. The steering is vague and almost unpredictable and it under…
My family was pretty fucking broke (working poor) until I was about 10. So nothing was frivolous or handmade by my dad, brother, or myself. I didn’t get hot wheels unless they were hand-me-downs. I did however actively scrounge anywhere I could for loose change and odd jobs I could do to save for Matchbox cars. Damn,…
I agree. In a way there are two types of (North American) liberalism. Academic liberalism and blue collar liberalism. Academic liberalism lost this election. The democrats had a candidate that appealed to the working class with sanders, but pushed for Clinton. Sanders had massive appeal to swing voters. Had Biden run…
Depending on gas prices where he is, finding alternate means of commuting may be a way of reducing overall overhead. When fuel prices were up I was spending $800/month on gas for my Silverado. Even with fuel prices down you may save several hundred dollars per month by not commuting in the truck and just using it for…
I thought I replied to this. We may not pay out of hand for the indescretions of others in car based services, but we pay with our souls.
I don’t disagree with you, but that platform is a failure of safety, having stood next to it myself many times. It’s amazing that something like this has not happened multiple times before. Honestly, a sober person who may just be off in their own world listening to headphones could suffer the same fate.
Ha. Part of the problem is that the solution is decades old. The solution or retrofit has probably been “value engineered,” out of the budget for just as long as it has existed.
