I brew ginger beer pretty regularly so I’m no stranger to yeast, but I know I’ve had better results in terms of carbonation and flavor using bottled water. Stressing the yeast can lead to some off-flavours, was wondering if that also applied to pizza dough, which I have less experience with.

Anything to say about the water? I remember reading that tap water (chlorinated) will kill of some of the yeast, better to go with bottled? Also interested to know if sparkling water will make it more bubbly.
