Last night I dreamed I was in an apocalyptic scenario, with just a day or two till everything ended, sun was burning out or something. I remember thinking clearly that I wanted this to be a dream and not really happening. It was vivid enough to feel real but obviously not lucid.  Warped my reality today, feels like

The resolution may be QR, merge two universes, just gotta find the universe where the other 50% vanished. I seem to recall Adam Warlock being stuck with something quantum around annihilation/phalanx, so that may tie in with Cap Marvels appearance soon.

we did ours at a restaurant, didn’t bother with flowers, just had some great food and music. Ended up covering itself with gifts from the guests with a little left over from a trip to Niagara Falls for the weekend (hotel even gave us an upgraded room free).

On the Canadian side, the Flying Saucer restaurant is a really great diner. It’s about a 15 minute hike off the strip, but they’ve got some really interesting options for a reasonable cost. Huge fan of the broasted chicken (not a typo).

More than that, it seems to imply, based on their letter, that not only do you rent the car, but they escort you on a tour - which would be why so many were stopped at once. It seems like the tour guide was encouraging them to drive in this manner.

great song choice on that vid.

sploosh.

That looks like my wife tbh, from the neck down

Elemental Gimmick Gear!  Crazy weird and fun action rpg like zelda, easily 20-30 hours from what I remember

Found it way more like Saints Row 3 than GTA, but that’s to be expected.

Usually do mine in the oven, and it’s always been soft and moist.  Beef, salt, pepper, egg, onions, and a box of stove-top stuffing in place of additional seasoning and crumbs.

It doesn’t cost several hundred dollars to refill an oxygen tank, but please continue with your hot take.

You’re funny. A concentrator like she probably had is thousands of dollars, where a tank is only a few hundred. The hospice workers should have had access to one that could be used in a pinch specifically for cases like this, or where there is a power failure.

I don’t understand why they didn’t get her an o2 tank.

She was end-of-life. it’s difficult to cart someone off to another home when they’re that close to death. She was on oxygen which can already be difficult and potentially unsafe to transport, and most likely needed an IV and such. It might also be difficult to change the address the hospice nurse would be needed.

exactly. you gotta vent that shit OUT. I see more than enough people with window fans blowing hot air from outside into their apartments all day as well...  it’s basic stuff people!
