I'm only intolerant at this point, my blood testing was negative, but yeah, really bad sinus congestion, headache, and... disgestive upset. Many places do have some decently healthy options, the trouble is they don't go out of their way to push them, or make them as delicious as the unhealthy options.

From what I understand, our food does taste a lot different up here, especially the beef. Many think it tastes better in the USA. What a lot notice is the difference with sweet foods, especially Oreos, made with sugar instead of corn syrup. Much better up here I think :)
