I love Cracker and hope she picks up her game a little. She’s already great - Dr. Dill was amazing - but I want her to turn it up a notch or two so she can get noticed!

I love Miz Cracker (as both a queen and a writer) and I agree that there were, at least, two wins that I would have given her, earlier in the competition.
Ugh, no thank you to Vixen making Untucked good. The best part of Untucked this week was Miz Cracker and Kameron just talking. And Kameron shines in 1-on-1s. I love me an introverted queen that has a personality in small groups. Maybe because that’s just me more IRL >.>
Yep, her anger in episode 2 and 3 against Aquaria and Eureka was righteous and in the correct spot. Since then (again, from the editing and show as presented), Aquaria has definitely not poked the bear and neither has Eureka really from what I can tell. I can understand why the Vixen is, in general, angry. To quote…
Poor Miz Cracker. There’s been at least two challenges so far that I thought she should have won.
I am all for solidarity with my people when it is warranted and the earlier episode where The Vixen refused to allow herself to be seen as the “Angry Black Drag Queen” bullying Aquaria I felt The Vixen was in the right.
After AS3's spoiler-fuckery, I’m hoping WoW’s hot lid on the leak pipeline has put these squarely back in the realm of conjecture.
Oh I didn’t know all that. I hope that he’s getting the help he needs, because Ru is right, pasting over the problem is not going to help him heal in the long run.
For all the many varied schools of drag the show has highlighted over 10 seasons, lipsyncing is the common denominator, the one unifying skillset that most all the queens should have under their belt, give or take a Charlie Hides.
Monet X Change’s track record is irregularly irregular. Girl is giving us atrial fibrillation realness and I LIVE!!!! (Well, as long as I take my meds, I live).
“...how my roommates and I sing “Man! I Feel Like Soup” (soup broken into two syllables) when we eat soup. “Color my hair, do it again,” becomes “French onion, do it again.” It’s very very stupid.”
3) Kameron’s LEWWWRRRKS have been impressing me mightily these past several episodes. It’s been occurring to me that the last several Team Look queens we’ve seen go all the way, mostly just need to keep from embarrassing themselves in these talent challenges, which Kameron manages to surpass tonight. She stays…
The DUI was in March and the taping was in October, so it was very much in the midst of #MeToo blowing up. Apparently Blair violated a court order to go do the taping. Bless her heart, I hope she gets help and gets on track. I cried and cried during her reveal.
My favourite part of the episode, frankly, was finally getting to see a bit of Kameron’s personality. Apart from the fact that he’s a hot man while I look like the love child of Gary Busey and Theresa May, KM’s quiet introversion actually reminds me a bit of myself —I’ve been mistaken for aloof sometimes, when really…
Sorry I missed y’all last week - travel! So just a few Random ‘pinions tonight:
Honestly I’m still a little misty eyed over Blair’s bravery in confessing. That she felt comfortable enough to admit such an awful thing speaks so much to the heart and community this season has. I can actually root for everyone without feeling conflicted.
I can’t either. I would imagine hearing her talk about her fashion inspiration would be fascinating! I think she’s just super quiet. Speak up! Let us love you!
I find Vixen, for her faults, represents a politically-minded, confrontational edge of drag that I’ve been finding poorly represented on RPDR in recent seasons. Bob talked about his experiences in that vein during season 7, though it’s not a dimension to his drag that I think we saw too much of in the show itself,…
So many queens have a clear drama club theatre kid vibe, expressing in some distinct ways, but having the same roots in insecurity, awkwardness, and adolescent angst. In Aquaria’s case, one can picture she tried out a Gwyneth Paltrow/Madonna British accent for two months, sophomore year of high school, and this kind…
