It'll have a whole new questionable gimmick!

I love, love, love Trixie's living doll aesthetic. But sometimes she looks less "real live Barbie with a penis" and more "real live Barbie with a penis that someone's little brother got a hold of and abused." Which I suppose is a legitimate choice as well…
I've disagreed with the choice every time, but it's hard to be mad at Alaska & Detox for not eliminating a close friend.
I read some comments and spoilers before I actually got to watch the episode, and when I did see it, I honestly didn't think Alaska's meltdown was that horrible. It seemed to me to obviously come from a place of perfectionism and being mad at herself. She didn't seem entitled, just frustrated and angry that she might…
Yeah, Alyssa & Tati's lipsync looks I could see being put together with what they and the other queens brought, the individual components weren't that similar. But Detox & Tati's looks were both mirror images of each other and made up of pieces you wouldn't expect a queen to just have on hand.
I kind of wonder if the re-emergence of "RoLaskaTox" isn't just an effort to create a bit more drama now that PhiPhi is gone. Overall, this season has had very little conflict, everyone seems to be on good terms and wants to be liked, but DRAMA! is a big element of reality tv.
Yes! I mentioned that same line from Tati's commercial in a comment that seems to have disappeared into the ether (who knew you couldn't spell out c*#t in the drag race comments). I don't think Tatianna's commercial was the best, but it had some really funny moments.
Yes, I think Tatianna's career will get a well-deserved boost from All Stars.
If someone doesn't give Katya a full line of mental health care products it's proof humanity will never reach its full potential.
I saw what I think was a table of cheap crap in the workroom. They probably were given a bunch of random stuff and told to go from there.
It don't think Tatianna's was the best, but I also think it was better than it got credit for. That shot of her crossing the street and pausing to say "She's a fucking cunt." was gold.
I wonder if that isn't why Alaska seems so solemn during eliminations (aside from the reality tv gravitas they are, I'm sure, expected to give). She knows this format ultimately is not going to do her any favors.
I can't say I lost respect for Alaska, but I do think it was the wrong decision.
Katya's lipsync outfit was basically my ideal "dressed up" outfit of the 90s, right down to the lipstick that makes you look dead. It was glorious.
That is true too.
I'm finding myself really glad Adore dropped out when she did. It's a shame she didn't realize she wasn't up to it before filming started, but I would not have enjoyed watching her continue to have a rough time.
I think this episode is actually a good example of why Alaska is so exceptional. Alaska is right, Alyssa is funniest when she's just being Alyssa, but that spontaneous, nutty Alyssa charm is extremely difficult to capture in a scripted setting. Alyssa just standing on a stage saying Alyssa things would come off as…
Yeah, I hope she continues to get good feedback on her drag, she really is top-notch visually, but reality tv is just a bad bad place for her.
Her whole look was gorgeous.
I get why the queens made the going with the judges rule of eliminations, but I agree with Alyssa's reasoning overall. Sometimes one bad performance really is just one bad day. She was right to save Katya last week and should have been saved this week herself.
