I ended up liking Carver because the eldest sibling/younger brother dynamic felt so true. I thought Bethany was great too—she's the perfect sweet baby sister, but Carver just felt spot on.

Not only was Bill Cosby a commencement speaker for the university I work for, but he donated the current school mascot.

I believe as a general rule, witches were usually burned in Europe and hanged in America. IIRC, that was at least partly due to the way they were prosecuted. In Europe, witchcraft was a crime against the Church, so witches were tried as heretics and burned. In colonial America, witchcraft was considered a civil

I have restarted games because I had second thoughts about the hairstyle I gave my character so many times it is ridiculous. If I hadn't been playing Skyrim on a PC I don't think I ever would have gotten past the intro.

I thought it was kind of weird that she got rid of the super-exaggerated lip, but kept the tooth gap. A face in transition…

Based solely on seeing her on Drag Race, I'm going to say no. My impression was that she came up with a character because she realized she was going to come across as shit on the show. I know nothing about her outside of DR though, so who knows.

I kind of felt like Courtney was the Disney version of a drag queen sometimes. She really does seem talented and beautiful and smart. It just, like others have said, didn't translate very well in the context of the show, especially when you consider that it's an audience where being tagged a "Filthy Bitch" is high

The finale really did solidify for me that I would have liked to have seen way more from April and Vivacious.

I loved seeing Alaska there. She really is one of my absolute favorite queens.

Oh, I totally agree with you. I just mean it "feels a bit weird" in that, we've seen rivalries that felt organic (Sharon vs. Phi Phi) and rivalries that seemed played up for the camera (Alyssa vs. Coco), but I don't recall ever seeing the editors trying to create a rivalry/villain storyline out of what turned out to

Yeah, there is something not fully formed about Adore, despite her obvious talent. Sharon Needles, and I would say other young, "messy" queens like Alaska and Jinkx, had very strong characters and points of view. It felt deliberate. Adore's character doesn't feel that well-defined yet. And as you said she hasn't shown

Yeah, this season's upper-level queens have come across as good-natured and professional overall. It's refreshing and pleasant to watch, but it really foils any attempt to develop the traditional rivalry or villain storylines. The disconnect feels a bit weird.

That barrage of terrible art puns made my week.

I love, love, love Bianca!

A pun that only a very small, specialized group of people will get is never a wise choice for a reality tv show.

Bianca, the insult comic with the soul of a Fairy Dragmother.

I love Bianca so much. She's just a delightful bitch on every level.
