All schools, even public, have been re-segregating for decades. Tying school budgets to local real estate values was just a loop hole to re-implement “separate but equal.”

I am so sick of reading about people needing gofundme for healthcare or school. This country is sick.

I’m giving ‘working within the system for change’ a chance through the 2020 election. If we haven’t made some serious progress by then, I’m picking up my pitchfork.

I don’t get the hype. Loved the Witcher series, so I’ll definitely be giving this game a shot. Still, we have no actual gameplay footage. I don’t understand why any fanboys would all worked up over cinematics.

At least there’s hope in the world now. Now I’ll have a reason to upgrade my video card in a few years.

What sucks is that you have execs pushing these numbers, too, to argue that putting a ton of grinding into a game ads to it’s value, because you’re paying less per hour of play. They don’t seem to care that it diminishes the quality of the game, nor how much it disrespects the player’s time.

This is what I’ve been waiting for. They’ve got me back now. I’ll be re-installing.

Maybe instead of making a mobile version, they could actually support and improve the existing steam link hardware, which is utter trash. It’s easier to move your pc to another room than to deal with the hassle of using steam link.

The big problem with your 10+ selection is the heavy presence of microtransactions. I’m not introducing my kids to gambling (nor the toxic as hell playerbase in each).

I would’ve pre-ordered Destiny 2, had there been cross-play or manual ship flight. Now seeing all of the bs they’re putting players through, I’m glad I never bought it.

This won’t be a surprise to the industry. The intentionally target the whales. These systems are specifically designed to prey on them. This wasn’t an accidental side effect. Why would they stop doing what they set out to do in the first place?

Nice. Blizzard take note. I’d throw down some ridiculous cash for another Diablo 2 expansion.

Isn’t that the major problem with microtransactions? These people (referred to as “whales” in the industry) do need help, but these predatory microtransacations are designed specifically prey on these people.
