Love, love Robyn and looking forward to the new album.

I always hover over the link so I can see what the headline is at the bottom of my browser.

I’m really sorry; I hope you’re doing better now. You’re not alone in having felt like it’s something you should be able to just get over. That message is so common. We even have congressmen and judges announcing that these kinds of crimes are not really important.

I still really want to hate this movie. I can’t explain it. It makes me feel bad about myself, how much I want to hate this.

I’m only part way through it, but I thought the meaningless shoe gazing was kind of the point? Everybody thinks they’re going to find the answer to solve their problems if they look carefully or think hard enough, but nobody actually ever figures it out, just like reality.

It sucks how we can be brainwashed into thinking that these kinds of blatant violations are nbd just because it’s so common for us to experience so much worse. It’s a fallacy that insists on treating sexual violence like partisan politics, something with an Overton window that can only be pushed in one direction or

As Lindy West once said, "I'm a witch, and I'm hunting you."

I am so sorry. I’ve been shocked by reading the #whyIdidntreport stories and seeing how many are from children who were afraid it would lead to a parent being jailed.

SPOILER ALERT:

I once went to a girls-only movie night where we all watched Sophie’s Choice because the hostess though it was about a love triangle and the titular choice was between the two dudes.

I was immediately turned off by the first trailer I saw, in which Oscar Isaac declares that he won’t ask out Olivia Wilde yet because when he does, he’ll never love anyone else for the rest of his life. Like, that’s shitty manipulative behavior, and I’m fucking tired of people putting this tripe in movies as some

Dan Fogelman is some sort of post-modern Nicholas Sparks and I am not here for any of it.

I am furious at Oscar Isaac for wasting his hotness on this maudlin crying porn. He’s going to have to do a lot of making out with John Boyega if he expects my forgiveness.

Men can talk about abortion and choose it for their females. Women can’t.

Funny, ‘cause I don’t remember US record labels having an issue with Ben Fold’s “Whatever and Ever Amen” having “Brick” on it in 1997. Or giving that single a fuckton of airplay.

I have never been into older men, but Sam Elliot is dreamy.  He has a casual, easy-going sexiness that most men in Hollywood never get close to achieving.

I’m here for Sam Elliott and Sam Elliott alone. God that man is gorgeous...and the voice!

Later, Ramos cried as he explained “I grew up in the projects. Virtually I had no chance, and I had this woman that said, ‘I’m not giving up on you. Ever.’” Ramos is referring to Gaga, who was also crying as she listened with exemplary spirit, heart-rendering presence.

Sam Elliott’s Mustache Sheds No Tears.  A Screen Name is Born.
