I’m on the fence abt sending someone off to get meds based on one post... I’ve been on meds at certain points that did help stabilize me... but I’d caution against anyone presenting the only way out being meds. I understand that’s not what you mean, and you’re supporting from your experience. I’d just like to offer,

hey, hey: you are a good person and this is temporary.

like, that rainy parking lot shot at the end with Dern—is precisely why I left the Midwest.

is her hair greyed in this movie? i couldn’t tell..

I don’t disagree. There’s something sad about each film, outside of the scope of its narrative.

yeah! i give her a go—her writing ambitions are to be admired, if not always the products themselves—but even not seeing/expecting the controversy after her book was published made me go: oh—you aren’t one-step ahead of this game/yourself.

yeah... Dunham’s offenses often seem tactical.

i’d like to offer that when Lena was new, she was new. and the longer she has been a public figure, the more you see how she doesn’t change.

you know, I’ve seen this change play out just by moving to Canada. out of nowhere, there will be PSAs about health, diet, exercise without further motive than, Hey, take care of yourself.

could you link? I love reading vocal analysis, thanks!

unpopular opinion: I love this show and believe it. did you see the Omarosa ep??

yeah I need more answers on this

oh—no. she took a path, obvi.

yeah is it wrong that whenever I see the word “own” i just choose to hear white noise at this point?

I appreciate this transparency (and even the fact it’s a move within itself being very clear).

i am TORN (not really) because i love Phelps and how he spun his two DUIs into comeback-kid gold... am i just being sold by the media that one is more upright than the other?

Bigger offense: the book is rill bad, you guys. Rill bad.

is it ok that, even tho legal, I hated it?

my opinion is that it’s a legit option for female pop stars to take in terms of #brand. less so our physical martyrs of patriotism, Olympic athletes

Yeah—it’s weird, because we don’t flinch at cockiness in our pop stars
