I own an iPhone and a MacBook and your comment is garbage. Apple freaks are so delusional.

lol

wait til the earpods start exploding...

He might have Pages, he might even have Notes, but the one thing he won’t have is a true headphone jack on his iPhone 7.

Dude started writing this thing, got way too involved, sold it to HBO, it became a huge deal to errbody, now he’s got no clue how to finish it up

I will vote for Trump if he can get GRRM to publish Winds of Winter by election day.

Perhaps you dont... didn’t.. visit Gawker much. Meet Hamilton Nolan. This is what he does.

Here was a particularly phony and dishonest line of argument, which went basically unchallenged by The Ringer’s reporter (emphasis mine):

This is a really good post.....unless you are being serious.

I just printed 5 copies of this comment, put them in a metal waste basket, set it on fire, dumped the ashes on my desk and snorted them.

You do realize there are people who have more than one pair of headphones, right?

Keeping the adapter connected to your headphones all the time will likely result in the adapter breaking as the cord will strain at the connection points. I also use my headphones with 4 or 5 different devices in different places, the adapter is just another thing to keep track of, remember to pack, and pay to replace

Use the wireless charging.....oh......yeah

I can say that my Nexus 6P can last 12 hours pretty easily with not overly hard usage. As in I can surf the internet, but not watch 12 hours of videos.

The adapter is a problem. As someone with a Nexus that uses USB Type-C, I can tell you that adapters are a pain. I have two of them and almost never have them with me. I am sure if I carried them with me everywhere, they would have been lost within a month. Since it’s Apple, replacement adapters will cost you at least

Ok so you put the included adapter on your favorite expensive headphones. Now you are in your car, or friend’s house, etc and want to plug into the auxillary port. You don’t have your adapter.

I know my use case isn’t common, but...

And yet...I would prefer to use something I don’t have to remember to charge constantly.

If I had only one pair I ever used, sure, but I don’t. Not everyone does the same thing you do.

As the article points out, it’s one thing to be Aaron Rodgers sitting as the backup behind Brett Favre, it’s quite another to be the backup sitting behind a guy cut by the Texans for Ryan Mallett and a 3rd round pick with 7 NFL passes to his name.
