Yep, I think Adam got too aggressive and knocked Corvette out of the race. If this wasn’t a 24 hour race, the Corvette might not have even been on the podium after that damage.

I agree, it was contact with the Aston after the pass attempt which cut a tire. Jordan wouldn’t miss the chicane by 50mph with an undamaged car.

I agree with your assessment; it was what the announcers on Fox surmised happened as well. One could almost say that the Aston forcing it’s way back onto the track after blowing the pass was the direct result of the flat; if it had held back and just understood it lost its place, the Corvette would have won.

I’m afarid I’m going to have to disagree with your assesment, the contact earlier in that lap I thing dameged his tire causing him to go off track in the chicane. Either way though it was awsome final lap racing for the lead in a 24 hour race.
