All I remember when I went to America was "health care" (as if they care) adverts. Until that point I had never seen such a relentless barrage of health adverts. Here they're always "if this happens go see your doctor" and not "buy this, and this, and spend a fortune healing yourself here".

I hear adverts are really bad in America, but where I live they're not so bad. I don't watch adverts anyway I choose to record TV shows and watch them 15 minutes late so I can skip the adverts but be finished when it's meant to.
