New tyre “goo”. Extremely dangerous...

It’s still wrong to close the door to crash both in order to win a championship... For Prost, or Schumacher or anyone else. The subsequent year T1 crash was plain payback from Senna. All of which could’ve been avoided as you say, if Ballestre hadn’t robbed Senna of the title by DQing’ him for “not taking the corner”.

Whenever I see an overtake on Casio I remember that moment. And Prost’s words, even in the Senna documentary: “I had to turn...” (into another car?) “...or I could not make the corner.”

And be shredded or gutted by tree branches until landing somewhere unreachable by paramedics. I would take the car any day.

It’s an opening door with glass, it counts as a hatch door.

Master brake cylinder on the Dyane. Focusing on paying the Honda engine rebuild...

I’d probably ride away slowly (even if the light was red, turned right and avoided traffic and the confrontation). Cause I’m pretty sure I’d come out swinging and I don’t know when I’d stop. Great restraint indeed.

Ballast. Expensive kind...

Actually Ricciardo started it. You can barely see it, but he came in too hot, clipped Romain’s front right turning his steering to the left and the rest is history.

I gotta remember to video a burnout next time I go for a set of new fronts.

A friend had one. A black VTEC with big wheels, low profile tires. Proper insane VTEC power delivery, bit tail happy on lift off, a real gem. And yes, it got stolen...

Follow up video. Justified and lucky it was just a headbutt IMO. Not sure I’d react...

It helps when drivers move out of the way, and use turn signals to do so as well. For me it’s kind of a reflex, I hear a siren I instantly look for the vehicle and then for a path to move out of the way. Also there’s a costume for drivers to berate others who do not move out of the way... :)

You don’t need it for anything on my Dyane. You don’t even need to take the wheels off :)

Shock absorber is gone. Like completely, not just worn or malfunctioning. Then the spring just pops up and down uncontrolledly.

That white Starlet and red MK2 are worth the watch. The rest is pretty painful to see... even the drif “demos”!

good to know... now I know why it feels so twitchy on reverse...

Got one of those. Actually, just got word I got some new shocks to install on it this weekend. It’s fun. Mostly to go to the beach with the roof all open in the summer. And you can’t roll that thing. Or break it...

Drone view. It’s not that far off the road. So yes... very bad placement, despite well marked as a dangerous zone. They had to turn the car on it’s side to get people from under it... not good.

Ah the new NXS. Every time Honda designs a new mk model it's always pretty good.
