Idk, isn’t this franchise doing well (or, ok enough)? They’ve got a star cast, an established but still malleable universe. Disney always struck me as the type of company to salvage what’s salvageable. Sure there will definitely be an eventual reboot, but I would think they’d finish with this current iteration first…
