Random interweb commenter just here to say make sure that she gets regularly tested for STD's if you do get her an IUD, because iirc, an IUD puts you at greater risk for Pelvic Inflammatory Disease should you get certain STD's, which (you probably already know this) can lead to infertility or sterility if untreated.
