You should put a 20% down payment on a house you can afford with your normal monthly income. Putting 20% down payment your lender won’t require you to pay for PMI. Not 100% sure but on the 996TT the AWD system is more mechanical and simple so less to go wrong. Its also the lightest and probably the least amount of electronic nannies/emissions BS again so less expensive stuff to go wrong.
