I love how on Jezebel, someone writing “an op-ed titled “A man can’t just say he has turned into a woman” is controversial.

It’s almost like it is more important to be rich and famous than to be a straight and white.  Huh.

This sounds like the case, though there are automatic responses that the pilots should know for any aircraft (called “memory items”) that were not used. Apparently the “memory item” for a runaway stabilizer (no matter WHAT is causing it to “runaway”, whether it is MCAS, an autopilot issue, or something…

We should be focusing upon the game, not telling people they’re playing it wrong.

I agree that top athletes are corner cases, but they aren’t all corner cases on all criteria.

Can we at least admit that it will be a lot LESS a level playing field for women if men who identify as women (and who have had decades of testosterone advantage which doesn’t just “vanish” even if testosterone is brought down) can keep showing up and crushing women in competition?

Of course having a roommate is less desirable than living alone for most people.  That’s the point of making that sacrifice in order to save money.  When I was in my 20s I didn’t know anyone who DIDN’T have a roommate; no one could afford to live alone then either, and NO ONE bought a house by themselves.
