How was he at fault?  Honest question.  The first warning was for coaching, which her coach ADMITTED.  Then was equipment abuse, which was obvious, so the next automatic is a point penalty.  Then she crossed the one line that can’t be crossed with officials, which is using “You are...” and so the next automatic level…
