Got done lifting yesterday and jumped on the treadmill to get in a quick 20 mins of cardio, and the Denver/New England game was on. That was the best cardio session I've had in months, basically since NBA Finals. Goes so much faster when you're engrossed in something else.

Or, most people are like the author and have no experience with it, and are therefore intimidated by it. It seems at the gyms I've been to most people have their phones out to change a music track, which is hardly an offense.
