What would REALLY be crazy, is if it was Jaqen (the hag face called her sweet girl, which he does) wearing Waif’s face underneath and ultimately inflicting a non fatal (he hopes anyway) wound in order for Arya to be driven to kill the Waif (or Jaqen or both) to fulfill her assassin training.
