Looking at those numbers they appear to be for the latest revisions, die shrinks tend to do that. In time the power for the next gen will drop as well.

This is a solid choice. Hard slick top, thin, grippy bottom. Basically as good as it gets. I've been disappointed by some of the other plastic hard tops, and the metal ones are never smooth enough.

The reason the comparison is really inaccurate is one is a DOA failure rate and one spans years. The PS4 hasn't been out long enough to compare that rate.
