I disagree. There are no dumb questions. But there are a lot of dumb fucking people who ask questions.

Fewer, no they don’t, and how little is going on in your own life that HamNo receiving not that many comments (in your mind) is the thing from which you draw satisfaction?

I also enjoy reddit.

Yes, but they are up against the litigant with the deepest pockets in the world, who also have a long history of using both their wealth and power to corrupt processes like this.

Narm! Naarm! Narm.

This works, but a simpler hack might be:

Sounds like exactly what the eye-protection industry would say.

There’s a long way between irresponsible journalism and libel.

Creating ratings by describing something accurately is not illegal nor is it libelous. To reiterate, it is not libel for the media to be biased. You may find their reporting poor journalism but unless they knowingly presented actual falsehoods (not just calling something in a way the manufacturer dislikes) it is not

Bias isn’t libel. Describing a product in a manner other than the official company name for a product is not libel.

No, it isn’t libelous. The product is in fact pink. One could reasonable consider it slimy. Nothing untrue about the description. That it’s unappetizing as described is not libel.

Yeah, that’s still not how libel works.

There’s no legal requirement to practice “responsible journalism.” Nor is applying a nickname to a product that is not deceitful (ie calling a beef product “pink slime” is not libelous, calling it “dog feces” is).

You’re an engineer, which explains why you have no understanding of libel law.

Really? For a million dollars I’m sure he’d be happy to come to the nearest baseball field and try. Hell, if you’re giving out millions, can I also try?

Height is normally distributed, but the median male height is 5'6". Just in the US, 6'2" is a 95th percentile height, and globally, I believe 6'0" is more than two standard deviations from the mean. And of course half the population can’t dunk (excepting about five women globally).

Average male height is 5'6", only about 10% of men in the world are 6'0" or taller. Got to figure only a very small percentage of the under six-footers can dunk, and realistically, almost nobody under 6'3" or so can dunk. I’m 6'1" was athletic and can get rim easily but even in my younger days, couldn’t come close to

You don’t think hitting a small ball with a wooden stick is remotely similar to hitting a small ball with a wooden stick?

Everyone is only thinking about men, half the population. Basically no women can dunk. At least some women can homer, and I’d guess it’s something like 1% of the female population between 17-40, though it might be higher.

You can train to hit a homer. You can’t train a 5'6" person to dunk. And 5'6" is the average male human height.
