There are no Impossible Burgers in the frozen food aisle. They were supposed to launch this year, but I think they got overwhelmed by orders, so they only ship to a handful of restaurant customers.  

I’ve had almost a dozen of them. About half of them have been overcooked (like a Whopper) and the other half were cooked correctly. I’m honestly not sure what’s going on there since I thought they had an automated flame-broiler that should cook all their burgers exactly the same. 

If an impossible burger is “well done” it doesn’t taste very good. The best ones have that medium rare taste, but some restaurants have a hard time getting it right.
