It depends on where you are. I know Santa Cruz has been having a shark problem this summer.

So pretty much the way my puppy tries to nibble everything to see if it’s edible, but with way more teeth.

I mean that all makes sense. Surfing definitely increases the risk of attack due to the size and shape of the board (plus your dangling arms). For that reason, I usually only go surfing in colder climates.

I mean people would usually say that they don’t want to be killed by sharks just for surfing where a shark happens to be, but point taken.

No peace of mind ruined for me! I usually surf in much colder environments.

That’s what I wasn’t sure about, thanks!

Are shark nets something that would have prevented this?

Due to injury, it looks like a Swedish midfielder had to move to center back. That explains why she would instinctually jump at that pass, rather than worry about the striker getting behind her.

Rapinoe’s two goals (one flukey) hide the fact that she didn’t have a good game. She was making poor decisions, holding onto the ball for too long, and stifling the offense. That level of play just isnt’s going to work against top tier teams.

Even Ivory Coast was able to the break effectively against Germany yesterday, despite being unable to score.

I said it in the previous article, but I think Nigeria’s pace is going to cause problems for even the best teams. I’m looking forward to seeing what they’re able to do in this tournament.

Nigeria is looking like the best Cinderella candidate of the tournament thus-far. Even the best teams (Germany, etc) are going to have trouble with their pace.

Beyond the nostalgia, I genuinely enjoy watching games in Spanish.

Watching it right now on NBC Deportes En Vivo Extra site. The Dutch look great, but both teams are going to shred Canada and China.

My favorite part is that this means the end of the yearly “Will ____ break the __ year drought to win the Triple Crown?” stories.

That speech (in the context of the past week) made zero sense. Did sponsors threaten to withdraw support behind the scenes? Did Sepp find a country to hang out in that doesn’t extradite to the US?

As someone who went to school in Kalamazoo, Michigan, I have a lot at stake when it comes to Bell’s. That being said, Oberon is totally over-rated. Oberon day, on the other hand, is amazing.

If only Messi dodged taxes as well as he dodged Boateng...
