i have a feeling all the people who know him as ‘sweet and gentle’ know sober johnny depp. like i can believe he was never violent with vanessa and when not drinking and drugging he is a good person. but he spent his whole relationship with amber fucked up and was probably a completely different and terrible person…

There’s been so much press and criticism about Amber Herd asking Johnny Depp for 50k a month in support - 50k is literally 0.00025% of what he made in 2015. It is like asking for $37.50 a month from someone who makes $150k / year.

A man can have a documented history of violence, yet people still describe him as “sweet” and “gentle” and somehow incapable of perpetrating violence AGAIN. Yet, a woman with texts and photographic evidence of abuse is lying.

I think it isn’t so much the age difference as the age difference + how many of them there are.
