While I am not a fan of storing glasses and plates like that

You know a lot of people in Europe sometimes wait 6 months (!) to get the latest Golf for example? And EVERY car would be ordered. Almost nobody buys ‘off the parking lot’. It’s a very .. non-Euro thing.

A lot of SUVs cannot cross more than 50cm (say 1.5 feet) of water. The middle of this ford is definitely more than that. So why do ordinary sedan drivers try this?

Common sense when you see water and a slope going down in it is ;

1. get out of the car and wade through the middle to see if the bottom isn’t suddenly

Burps.

You win One Special Interweb Medal for making no sense but still thinking you are right.

Isn’t a Ford Mustang GT350 a better car for less money?

I agree. Maybe a gearbox will be useful mated with an electric motor ; in basically every appliance (not kitchen appliances) that use an electric motor some sort of gear/reduction box is used. Because torque isn’t great at low revs UNLESS you have a super electric motor like in a Tesla which makes everything so damn

Are conservative old white men a race now ?

Recommended. Can beat most F1 races.

Flak ; Fliegerabwehrkanone

I overlooked that for some reason.

If public transportation would have worked nobody would have gone through the trouble to spend 5 digits on something with 4 wheels.

Is this a smart thing to let people with a little experience and probably questionable cars do?

Their car and the track probably outmatches their skill by miles.

Eye donut thik so.

Porsche Boxster has the same problem when the lock on the frunk doesn’t open. You have to start yanking cables from the wheel well to see if you can get it open or use external batteries to ‘spark’ the solenoid to give up it’s locked position.

Great sounds.
RIP great sounds in the upcoming EV era.

I hope people, petrolheads like us, will still be allowed to run ICE cars,
even at a price, for the sake of Great Engine Sounds.

If it was electric they’d have 100% range now.

Adding a TURBO sticker to your 4-cylinder in-line 1.6 NA engine to make it go faster, errr, look faster.

The pipeline is stone old. Don’t be surprised when some parts are running stuff that was modern when you weren’t born yet. Companies are notorious ignorant about spending enough money to update systems. Don’t blame the guy that has to work with the Windows 3.11 Pentium that is controlling some of the valves. It’s

Where can I pour my money into this idea/company/person/fund ?

It makes less sense. If people have enough money, then buy something new indeed, especially when the prices are near (much) older vehicles. But in that case the second hand market should adjust to lower prices, else see [1]. Who would buy 10 year old Rav4s when they can go for brand new Konas ?
